… as in 16,000 words. By the time the keyboard started swimming in front of my eyes last night, I was just about to hit the 16K mark. Oh boy, its’ exhilarating. It is very fulfilling to see your creation coming to reality. I am still waiting for bare feet broadband on my balcony (I am trying to say I have a nice wide balcony). Any ISPs reading this from Nairobi, please know we need these services.
Having said all that, may be I have to do more research and key in more words before the weekend. We have the long Easter weekend coming up, and I want to spend it doing other things, not writing.

16,000, envy, envy. I have been having this problem with discipline and sometimes i want to just throw away all that i do- work and school and become a full time writer. But those close to me say it would be too bohemian and unpractical. Wow, this is what i wanted my blog to be like, to be sort of journaling what i’ve been doing in terms of writing. I got bored a while back but now i’m re-inspired.
Thanks for hollering. Keep on banging at that keyboard.

Until we are writing full time, we shall know no peace. We are on this earth to write, so write we must. For me this is a journey of self-discovery and actualizing my dreams.
I will keep the bony fingers flying over the keyboard, no option.
